Communicating mParticle’s product value effectively

mParticle provides a Customer Data Platform that activates customer data in real time, enabling companies to create personalized experiences. While mParticle's website serves as their main sales channel, users encountered friction navigating the site, understanding the product and value proposition, and the sales process as a whole.

To enhance the user experience, we developed a new site architecture, establishing clear journeys through the site and forging meaningful connections between pages. We also refined mParticle's messaging, focusing on addressing needs and driving business results. Finally, we developed an entirely new design language, incorporating more warmth and human elements to illustrate the impact of mParticle's solutions.
